Personal information might include contact information including traveler, guarding and tour member's information, payment information, school affiliation and travel schedule and preferences in order to arrange our travel programs. We manage client information in accordance with applicable laws. As well, we collect contact information to inform you of new tour packages, deals, discounts, and to contact you in case of emergency. In contrast, we define "anonymous information" as information that is not unique to you, such as statistical information regarding our users.
We collect both personal information and anonymous information through the website. We sometimes collect personal information and anonymous information by asking you to enter it in the contact section of the website. For example, if you make a request for more information about one of our trips, we request your name, email, phone number, and your affiliation.

We may occasionally feature promotions and contests on our website. Record-keeping & Accounting Information
iConquer Tours Inc. does not hold your credit card information. That information is held by our credit card processor. We do not distribute or relate information to third parties. We hold all accounting information for 5 years in accordance with Revenue Canada policy. We have a secure website service that protects all information shared on our site during registration. We shred all paper records once that information is no longer needed to be kept.
